Accounts

Access to Prime Portaly is granted by your institution to the email address it registers. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Use the portal only for legitimate school purposes. Do not attempt to access records you are not authorised to see, or to disrupt the service.

Records entered by an institution remain that institution's data. We process them only to provide the service.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the portal.

Institutions or we may suspend or revoke access where these terms are breached or the service is no longer in use.

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
