This policy explains what information Prime Portaly handles and why.

Information we handle

• Account details: the email address and display name from your sign-in account.
• Institution records entered by administrators: student names, ID numbers, photos, class lists, parent names and emails.
• Academic records: subjects, exam marks, grades, positions and generated reports.
• Messages you send through the contact form.

Children's data

Student records belong to the institution that entered them. The institution is responsible for obtaining any parent or guardian consent required to store a student's information and photo.

How it is used

Data is used only to run the portal: to let registered users sign in, to let teachers record marks, to produce reports, and to show each parent the reports of their own children. We do not sell personal data.

Who can see it

Access is limited by role. Teachers see their assigned subjects, parents see only their own children's published reports, and institution administrators see their own institution's records.

Service providers

Data is stored and processed by secure, trusted third-party providers that host our database and authentication, host the application, and deliver contact-form email. They process data only to provide those services.

Retention and your choices

Records are kept while your institution uses the portal. Contact your institution, or us, to request correction or removal.
